$Dendrobates tinctorius "cobalt" juvenile. This was the longest-surviving of the three juvenile tincs I bought at the July \'05 show in Sacramento. In retrospect they were sold too small, I housed them in too large a facility at first, and they probably had parasites. The first of the trio died the day after getting them back, the second after a couple of weeks, and this one lasted the longest - a couple of months.$

$Along the top of the viv, at the back, there is a gap between the tree fern bark and the back of the tank. It\'s filled up to about an inch below the top of the fern with dry moss. The saran wrap comes to about an inch away from the back, too. So, there is a \'dry area\' that doesn\'t get misted and has lots of air flow. It lets air flow up from the front (below the doors) and out the back and front at the top. Both frogs utilize this area from time to time.$
